Water purification process – Evides Waterbedrijf Kralingen
The “Evides Kralingen” water treatment plant in Rotterdam produces 36 mln m3 drinking water per year. Kralingen is Evides’s second-largest drinking water installation. The production of drinking water involves a six-step purification process. Since 2015 visitors can watch the inner workings of this plant from the ‘interactive’ visitors area, as a substitute for guided tours.
